Do you offer Free shipping?

We currently only offer Free Shipping on orders over $50. We are a small company, most of our current stock was purchased at retail. We try our best to provide the best price. In order to keep the product price down for everyone, we have to charge shipping on orders under $50. For additional details, click here.

How fast will my item ship?

We know when you place an order, you want your items ASAP.  Most of the time, we'll get your order out in 1-3 business days. If we get extremely busy, handling time could be 2-5 days.  We will keep you updated. We ship via USPS and UPS, depending on a number of factors.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, purchases through Box Of Pops ONLY ship to our customers in the United States.

We understand the frustration of finally receiving the Pop! that you have been excited for, only to have it damaged. That’s why we came up with The POP! Protection Promise. Our goal is for your purchase to arrive to you in the same condition it arrived to us. If the Pop! was in a sorter box, it will remain in the sorter. Once inspected, it will be placed into another box with packing material to protect it even further. If the Pop! comes to us without being in a sorter, it will be placed in a FREE Premium Soft Protector!

Unless an item is marked as Pre-Order or Sold Out, they are definitely In Stock.
